Faith: To anchor ourselves and others in the beauty and wisdom of the Islamic faith, utilizing it as a guide in all matters, and promoting an environment where faith can be explored, discussed, and acted upon.

Belonging: To welcome all backgrounds and diverse perspectives with respect, kindness, and generosity, and to foster a sense of family in a space that feels as warm and inviting as a second home.

Community: To have care, concern, and compassion for one another. To prioritize cooperation over competition, and work with local mosques and like-minded organizations to address the needs of adults and young families and enact positive change together.

Service: To seek the pleasure of our Lord by committing to serve others selflessly and with integrity. We uphold high standards of honesty, transparency, and accountability in our actions and dealings with others.

Empowerment: To help adults and young families discover their unique potential and leverage their skills to make a positive impact on the community. To nurture their well-being while keeping the door open for them to step into greater responsibility when ready, and to reduce hurdles for our demographic to get involved.
